Functions:

IT Support Specialist are responsible for assuring that the correct resources are in place for our team and clients. The IT Support Specialist is in charge of configuring client accounts, updating client accounts, troubleshooting technical issues within accounts and for our team. This position utilizes several softwares and makes quick pivots in order to optimize our success. It is the responsibility of IT Support Specialist to support client and team technology.

Functions:

  • Assisting all staff with technical Issues
  • Ensuring all assign tickets meet SLA and Response standards
  • Maintaining client accounts in Outreach, Office 365, and G-Suite
  • Assuring the accuracy of all client accounts
  • Communicating clearly with additional departments to guarantee top client performance
  • Ensure documentation of all processes, policies and procedures are up-to-date and accessible
  • Continual internal optimization of department and role processes
  • Meet deadlines set by launch team
