Position Summary


Partner Delivery Managers are responsible for directly impacting the growth and success of our clients. As a PDM, your main responsibility is to set qualified sales meetings on behalf of our clients. You will manage a set of client inboxes within Sapper, as well as creating call tasks, calling warm leads, scrumming, and scheduling meetings for our clients. The most critical component of Sapper’s business is utilizing e-mail to secure B2B sales meetings with decision makers at companies our clients want to do business with. As the primary liaison between the client inbox and the internal team, the Partner Delivery Manager will be responsible for identifying inbox trends and communicating them in a timely and appropriate manner. Within the Partner Delivery Manager’s role, scheduling quality meetings for the client is of the utmost importance. The Partner Delivery Manager will be responsible for monthly Meeting Obligation Rate (MOR) and have a focus on mitigating any clients from having ‘0’ meetings within the month. The PDM will be maintaining and nurturing leads within the inbox with the goal of scheduling meetings with qualified prospects for their clients.

The ultimate goal for the Partner Delivery Manager is to work together with the Partner Success Manager, Campaign Strategist, Content Manager, and Director of Partner Delivery to deliver the highest quality meetings; establishing a strong sales pipeline that leads to ROI for Sapper services.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for managing up to 30 client inboxes (fully ramped)
  • Maintain Monthly Meeting Obligation rate (MOR) at a baseline of company target
  • Maintain Monthly Client Retention at a baseline of company target (by fulfilling meeting obligations)
  • Ensuring that all clients have at least one meeting booked each month
  • Responsible for scrumming client inboxes
  • Schedule meetings for clients through email or calling
  • Nurture leads within client inbox
  • Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams regarding client performance
  • Learning about the client offering to determine qualified opportunities
  • Navigate SapperSuite & Gmail quickly and efficiently
  • Prepare for weekly manager 1:1s
  • Attending weekly manager 1:1s and weekly completion of MAP
  • Attend regular training sessions as needed
  • Be open to an ever-changing and growing environment
  • Remain open to criticism
  • Other duties as assigned



MINIMUM SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency with a wide variety of technologies including Microsoft Excel, web-based platforms, and Google Apps
  • Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software
  • Must be able to hold self-responsible for organization, timeliness, and focus on detail
  • Analytical, willing/able to learn quickly, attentive to detail
  • Able to communicate in an open, friendly, timely, and eloquent manner

Required Education and Experience


MINIMUM EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Undergraduate Degree from an accredited institution preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of professional workplace experience required
