Overview:

Client Operations Coordinators are responsible for assuring that the correct resources are in place for our clients. This is in the form of the correct targeting prospects for our clients. The Client Operations Coordinator is in charge of acquiring prospects for our clients, cleansing and confirming the prospect information is correct, formatting the prospects for our database, and uploading them to our automation software. It is the Client Operations Coordinators responsibility to make sure that Sapper’s clientele have all the correct resources available.

Functions:

- Assisting Targeting Strategists with client strategy

- Pulling prospect data from Sapper’s external and internal resources

- Assuring the highest of quality for all data being uploaded and stored within Sapper Suite and Outreach (QA)

- Cleansing, formatting, and uploading prospect data into our database/automation software

- Communicating clearly with additional departments to guarantee top client performance

- Continual internal optimization of operations processes

- Following strict project turnaround times for projects

Qualifications:

- Organized & detail-oriented

- Focused/Not easily distracted

- Ability/Willingness to learn quickly

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-starter

- Comfortable working with technology and different software

- Undergraduate degree (Preferred)
